what is the worse>>. I did owe 1407 I have paid them 707... The lady told me to borrow some money to get the rest.... because she told me I don't want it to go to collections... They told me that nsf's were felonys in Nevada where they do their banking., How can it be, when it was an electronic debit from my bank.. To use for a gambling site...

They cant do anything. they have no legs to stand on. ask Dell, he ripped them off for 2500 and they didnt do a thing except threaten him.

All they can do is threaten.Bottom line, Since they accepted a partial payment it is no longer a criminal offense.purely civil now..screw those crooks.These guys have had their greasy paws in everything from murder to some of the dos attacks last year.
